Khankendi residents flee the city - Armenian media

30% of the city's population remains in Khankendi.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Khankendi's "mayor" David Sargsyan in an interview with "Graparak" newspaper. He also said that no UAVs were observed in the skies of Khankendi.

In fact, it is noted that only servicemen remain in Khankendi. A week ago, a report from Khankendi pointed out that some of the apartments in the city were rarely lit.

Earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan announced that 90,000 Armenians had left Karabakh.

Azerbaijan has repeatedly stated that the Armenian population in Karabakh is its citizens and will create all conditions for their security.
