Axar.az reports that the statement came from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during his visit to Agdam.

"We will move to the liberated lands. The direction is Aghdam city. We liberated the city of Aghdam and the occupied territories of the Aghdam region without firing a shot. By defeating the enemy on the battlefield, we forced him to withdraw from the Aghdam region," the President said.
