More than 2,300 Armenians were returned to Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov.

He noted that so far more than 11,000 Armenians have been returned to Karabakh.

Konashenkov also said that the ceasefire had been observed over the past day.
