The number of coronavirus cases rises in Azerbaijan

3,646 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Azerbaijan, 1,259 people were treated, cured and released.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.

Another 34 people who tested positive for COVID-19 died.

So far, a total of 98,927 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country, of which 65,734 have been treated, 1,194 have died and 31,999 are active patients.

During the last day, 14,358 tests were conducted to identify new infections, and a total of 1,631,597 tests were conducted over the past period.
