Another delegation was sent from Russia to Karabakh

An additional group of employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived in Khankendi to help the local population.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the organization's operational headquarters in Karabakh.

In addition, employees of the central office of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and specialists of the Ministry of Energy also arrived in Karabakh.
