41 citizens died of coronavirus in over the past day

4,426 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were registered in Azerbaijan, 1,995 people were cured and released.

Axar.az reports citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that 41 people who tested positive died.

So far, a total of 125,602 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country, of which 76,897 have been treated, 1,433 have died and the number of active patients has been 47,272.

During the last day, 17,621 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 1,746,198 tests have been performed so far.
