The Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to clear mines of socially important facilities in Karabakh.
Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Russian Defense Ministry.
"Over the past day, the investigation of the area, the search and cleaning of explosives in the territory of secondary school No. 10 in Khankendi was completed," the statement said.
In addition, work was carried out to restore electricity and heat supply, as well as the safe delivery of the necessary materials.
Other educational institutions are planned to be opened in the near future with the support of Russian peacekeepers.
It should be noted that engineering units cleared more than 34 hectares and 12 kilometres of mines in Karabakh, inspected more than 110 houses and social facilities, and neutralized 1,077 explosives.
