On December 4, the weather will be mostly rainless in the regions of Azerbaijan, but rain is expected in some northern and eastern regions. Fog predicted in some places, east wind will blow.

The temperature will be +2+7 C at night, +8+11 C in the daytime. In the mountains, -5 and -10 C at night, -3 +2 C in the daytime.

On December 4, humid weather is expected in the Absheron Peninsula, which may cause concern to some sensitive people.
