A military serviceman of military unit #N of Ministry of Defence, residents of Agdam region Ahmadov Togrul born in 1984 and Mammadov Elcin born in 1990 stepped on an anti-personnel mine while being in the territory of Shahbulag village of the liberated Agdam region.

Axar.az reports this was stated in the joint information of the Prosecutor General’s office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the joint statement, as a result, Elchin Mammadov killed, military serviceman, and Toghrul Ahmadov got serious body injuries.

The incident site and corpse were immediately reviewed by prosecutors and police workers, judicial-medical expertise was determined, other necessary procedural measures were taken.

The prosecutor's office examined the scene and the body, a forensic medical examination was ordered, and other procedural actions were carried out.
