Azerbaijan confirms 118 new COVID-19 cases

118 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, 503 people were treated and cured.

Axar.az reports that the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told that 13 people who tested positive for COVID-19 died.

So far, a total of 227,391 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country, of which 215,771 have been treated, 3,022 have died and the number of active patients is 8,598.

Over the past day, 3,399 tests were conducted to identify new infections, and a total of 2,321,592 tests were conducted over the past period.
