Special representations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been established in the liberated territories.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.

According to the decree, the special missions will be headed by special representatives of the President, appointed and dismissed by the President and directly subordinate to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The special envoys will represent the President in the territories determined by the President and exercise the powers determined by the President.

The Presidential Administration must submit to the President within fifteen days a draft regulation on the President's special missions and proposals for the organization of the activities of the special missions.
