Azerbaijan confirms 156 new COVID-19 cases

Today, 156 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, 142 people have been treated and released.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.

Three people died of COVID-19 on the last day.

So far, a total of 233,129 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country, of which 227,761 have been treated and 3,198 have died. There are currently 2,170 active patients.

During the last day, 7,236 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 2,551,116 tests have been performed so far.
