220 new COVID-19 cases have been registered in Azerbaijan

Over the past day, 220 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were registered in Azerbaijan, and 145 people were treated and cured.

Axar.az reports citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.

Two people who tested positive for COVID-19 died.

So far, a total of 233,644 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the country, of which 228,157 have been treated and 3,206 have died. There are currently 2,281 active patients.

During the last day, 7,915 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 2,571,016 tests have been performed so far.
