36 died of COVID-19 in Azerbaijan over the past day

Today, 2,317 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, 2,109 people have been treated and released.

Axar.az reports citing the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.

36 people died of COVID-19 on the last day.

So far, a total of 294,211 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country, of which 257,942 have been treated and 4,045 have died. The number of active patients was 32,224.

During the last day, 14,207 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 3,068,679 tests have been performed so far.
