The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs welcomed the return of Azerbaijani servicemen Robert Vardanyan, Samvel Shukhyan and Seran Tamrazyan.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Stephane Visconti (France) and Andrew Shaffer (USA).

The Co-Chairs called on both sides to complete the process of mutual return of the bodies of prisoners of war and those killed in the war.
