Georgia and Azerbaijan will continue to implement joint regional projects.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on his Facebook page regarding the results of his visit to Azerbaijan.

The Georgian Prime Minister noted:

"At the meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, we discussed our strategic partnership and friendly relations. At this meeting, we emphasized the successful regional projects implemented through joint efforts.

Noting that our countries have implemented important projects together, Garibashvili said:

"We intend to continue this. We will implement joint projects that will further strengthen our relations."

Irakli Garibashvili also thanked the President of Azerbaijan for the warm reception in Baku.
