Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoghlu.

"The two-day talks will be evaluated by both sides. There will be discussions again when our friends return. Of course, negotiations on possible steps to normalize relations will continue in the coming days," he said.

A delegation led by Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Sadat Onal held official talks in Cairo to normalize relations.
