Negotiations have started in Zangazur (Sunik).

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Menua Ovsepyan, deputy head of the Gorus community.

He noted that the talks are led by the head of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.
