As a result of control groups carried out by monitoring groups consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Food Safety Agency and the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy in Baku, as well as other cities and regions of the country, as well as numerous appeals to the Operations Headquarters. It turns out that in all cases, the festivities are not held in accordance with the requirements set out in the "Guidelines for the prevention of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in public catering establishments" and "On measures to extend the special quarantine regime and remove some restrictions."

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Prime Minister, Chief of the Operative Staff Ali Asadov at a meeting of the General Staff.

It was noted that the rules are mostly followed at the festivities in Baku. However, the limit on the number of guests is not taken into account, participants do not have COVID passports, the time of the ceremony is exceeded, sanitary-epidemiological norms are violated, the requirement to vaccinate 80% of employees at facilities is not applied.
