Azerbaijan and Russia are creating a joint company

A Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of a joint leasing company between the two countries was signed today during the Azerbaijani-Russian business meeting in Baku.

Axar.az reports that the joint venture is being set up by Azerbaijan's Ganja Automobile Plant (GAZ) Production Association and Russia's KamAZ.

The new leasing company will sell KamAZ cars and their trailers in Azerbaijan.

The document was signed by GAZ Supervisory Board Chairman Khanlar Fatiyev and KamAZ General Director Sergei Kogogin.
