Peacekeepers held a memorial rally in Khankendi

Russian peacekeepers temporarily stationed in part of the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan held a rally in memory of Russian Admiral Ivan Isakov.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Russian Defense Ministry.

"Russian peacekeepers held a memorial rally in Khankendi," the statement said.
