The temperature on the Absheron peninsula will be +20 - +22 C at night, +24 - +26 in the daytime. In Baku, the temperature will be +20 - +22 C at night, and +24 - +26 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will be below average at 755-760 mm Hg, relative humidity will be 70-80%.

The seawater temperature in Sumgayit, Novkhani, Pirshaghi, Nardaran, Bilgah, Zagulba will be +23 - +24 C, and +24 - +25 C in Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, and Shikhov.

On July 28, thunderstorms, rains are expected in the regions of Azerbaijan. The rains will be torrential in some areas. West wind will blow.

The temperature will be +19 - +24 C at night, +29 - +34 C in the daytime. In the highlands, it will be +11 - +16 C at night, and +18 C in the daytime.
