This incident in Ganja is inhumane.

The statement came from First Deputy Chairman of the Turkish Justice and Development Party (AKP) Numan Kurtulumush, who is on a visit to Ganja.

"It is a disgrace for those who are unable to fight in the war zone to fire rockets at civilians outside the war zone at midnight when civilians are asleep," Kurtulmush said.
