Elshad Mammadov appointed to high-ranking police post

A staff change has been made at the Main Traffic Police Department of Azerbaijan.


Under the order of Interior Minister Colonel-General Ramil Usubov, chief of technical inspection center of the Main Traffic Police Department Rauf Talibov was sent into retirement and employee of the Baku State Traffic Police Office Elshad Mammadov was appointed to this post.

Elshad Mammadov is the son of MP Elman Mammadov.
