Azerbaijan names new deputy minister

Ali Abdullayev has been appointed Azerbaijan’s first deputy minister of communications and high technologies.

Earlier, Abdullayev headed the staff at the Communications and High Technologies Ministry.

He graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan.

Abdullayev has worked at Azerbaijan’s State Committee on Property Issues, where he headed the Center for Organization of Auctions.

Ali Abdullayev also served as an expert on legal issues at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
