The establishment of a post by the Azerbaijani police on the Gorus-Gafan road and the inspection of transit vehicles passing through the territory of our country have once again become an instrument of political pressure and political struggle between political forces in Armenia.

Axar.az reports that Armenian MP Vahe Agapyan assessed this as another success of Azerbaijan and targeted the Armenian political authorities.

"Azerbaijan has managed to do that. Even if the Azerbaijani police start checking cars in the center of Yerevan tomorrow, no one in Armenia will be surprised.

He said that this fact shows that the Azerbaijani police will soon appear in Khankendi:

"Azerbaijani police managed to set up a checkpoint and a checkpoint on the Gorus-Gafan road. They stop Iranian trucks and force them to pay customs duties and taxes. As they say, this was an expected event. At present, everyone expects the Azerbaijani police to set up a post in Khankendi in the near future," the Armenian MP said.
