Axar.az reports that Hande Harmanci, the Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Azerbaijan stated this.

"WHO representative replying to the question "may the third dose be applied to everyone from the next year", noted that importance of the third dose issue emerges significantly. According to her, there are countries that medical workers have not been vaccinated still: "While those countries are in this situation, we do not consider it ethically correct to inject a third dose to those who do not need it, those who are not at risk. Our director also recommends applying the third dose to those who are in need, over the age of 65, and medical workers".
