Representatives of the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture continue to monitor the initial inventory and protection of historical and cultural monuments in the liberated areas.

Axar.az reports the statement came from the State Service.

It was noted that the monitoring will ensure the current state of historical monuments, illegal encroachment on them, vandalism, identification of embezzlement and inventory of cultural heritage:

"Also, the database will play the role of a register in terms of prioritizing the restoration and conservation of historical monuments."
