Today, a new school year begins in the traditional form in the primary (I-IV) grades of secondary schools operating in Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that acording to the relevant order of the Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev, the first lesson "Karabakh is Azerbaijan!" will be dedicated to the topic.

Classes in middle and high school will start on September 29 and will be held five times a week in person.

Non-teaching classes will be resumed during the year due to holidays. Thus, taking into account the beginning of the school year, in order to ensure the full mastery of educational programs by students, November 16-18 from the autumn holidays, January 27, 28 from the winter holidays will be considered school days.

On the general secondary and full secondary education levels of the general education level, as well as in other institutions carrying out educational activities, the school holidays will be considered as school days on November 16-19, January 27, 28 and 31 from the winter holidays.

Teaching in secondary specialties, vocational education institutions and universities will be carried out visually (with some exceptions) from September 29.
