The weather is expected to be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy, sometimes rainy in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on September 28.

Northeast wind will blow. The temperature on the Absheron peninsula will be +15 - +18 C at night, +20 - +22 in the daytime. In Baku, the temperature will be +15 - +17 C at night, and +20 - +22 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 761 mm Hg to 764 mm Hg, relative humidity will be 60-70%.

On September 28, lightning and rain are expected in Azerbaijan’s district. Fog is forecasted in the mountains in the morning. East wind will blow. The temperature will be +10 - +15 C at night, +20 - +25 C in the daytime. In the highlands, it will be +4 - +8 C at night, and +8 - +13 C in the daytime.

According to the medical-meteorological forecast, mild fluctuations of meteorological factors are expected in the Absheron Peninsula on September 28, which is mainly favourable for sensitive people.
