Ilham Aliyev expressed condolences to Erdogan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolences to President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The news of the death of Ozdemir Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Baykar, made me very sad.
