Moscow, Baku and Yerevan have agreed to move towards the establishment of a bilateral commission on the delimitation and subsequent demarcation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and the Russian Federation will assist them at the request of the parties.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi.

"We agreed to take steps to increase the level of stability and security on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border and to establish a bilateral commission on delimitation of the state border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia with the assistance of an adviser at the request of the parties," the document said.
