Gaddafi's son was allowed to run in the election

A Libyan court has allowed the son of the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi to run in the upcoming presidential election.

Axar.az reports, this was reported by the Libyan media.

A court in the southern province of Sabha has ruled in favour of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi.

Note that the first round of voting is scheduled to begin on December 24.
