Axar.az reports that the statement came from Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Agency for Motor Roads (AAYDA) Hidayat Rustamov in an interview with Real TV.

According to him, unlike the Victory Road, this road will be built with tunnels and bridges, not ups and downs.

"The 4-lane road will be safe and fast. A tunnel will be built on the new road from Dashalti to Shusha to provide a safe passage to Isa spring. This tunnel will pass under Lachin corridor in the direction of Isa spring. The tunnel will also provide access to Shusha." , - said the Deputy Chairman.
