Islamabad-Tehran-Istanbul train reached Ankara -

The first freight train on the Islamabad-Tehran-Istanbul route has arrived in Ankara.

Axar.az reports that a freight train was welcomed in Ankara.

It should be noted that the movement of freight trains on the Islamabad-Tehran-Istanbul route was resumed in late December. The project, which started in 2009, was stopped in 2011. The travel time on this route is 10 days (by sea - 35 days).
