Statement from Russia on border tensions

Russia is concerned about the escalation of tension on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

"We urge the parties to refrain from resolving the issue by force," the foreign ministry spokeswoman said.
