During my visits to Zangilan, Fuzuli and Barda, I saw the scale of mine pollution.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from British Ambassador to Azerbaijan James Sharp on Twitter.

The ambassador noted that the United Kingdom shares its knowledge, technology and experience in mine control with Azerbaijan:

"Today I met with four British demining experts working with ANAMA to help IDPs return home safely."
