New from the construction of the Zangazur corridor -

The construction of the Horadiz-Jabrayil-Zangilan-Agband highway (Zangazur corridor), founded by the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey, is underway.

Axar.az reports that according to the State Agency for Motor Roads of Azerbaijan, the highway was designed starting from the village of Ahmadbeyli in Fizuli and is being built in accordance with the first technical category. The first 77 km of the road will have 6 lanes, and the remaining 46.6 km will have 4 lanes. The width of the roadbed in accordance with the traffic lanes is 29.5 and 21.5 meters, respectively.
