Prime Minister of Portugal is in Irpen -

Today, the Prime Minister of Portugal Antonio Costa visited the city of Irpen in Kyiv region.

Axar.az reports that the Prime Minister wrote about it on Twitter.

He said he will never forget what he saw during the visit:

"The level of destruction and violence is incredible. I have witnessed relentless, arbitrary and unjustified attacks. War always affects innocent people. People who lived here, had jobs and houses, threw everything to survive. What terrifies me the most is the violence against civilians."
