Selcuk Bayragdar, technical director of the Turkish Baykar company, has been awarded an honorary doctorate by Azerbaijan Technical University.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Deputy Education Minister Firudin Gurbanov.

"To date, only 15 people have been awarded honorary doctorates at the university, one of whom is the Seljuk Bayragdar," he said.
