9 more infected with COVID-19 over the past day

Nine new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and 5 people have been treated and cured.

Axar.az reports citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that no COVID-19 deaths have been registered.

So far, a total of 792,732 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country, of which 782,969 have been treated and 9,710 have died. 53 people were active patients.

Over the past day, 3,290 tests were performed to identify new infections, and so far a total of 6,880,431 tests have been performed.
