President awarded Elman Rustamov

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to award ES Rustamov with the "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the President's press service.

"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:

"To award Elman Siraj oglu Rustamov with the" Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "for his services in the development of banking in the Republic of Azerbaijan," the decree said.
