The President gave them an honorary title

President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order on awarding maritime transport workers of the Republic of Azerbaijan the honorary title of "Honored Engineer".

The following persons shall be awarded the honorary title of "Honored Engineer" for their services in the development of maritime transport in Azerbaijan:

Garayev Taleh Murvat oghlu

Shafagatov Oktay Gulmammad oghlu.
