Hikmet Hajiyev met with Armen Grigoryan

Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union (EU) on the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, met with Hikmet Hajiyev, the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - the head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, and Armen Grigoryan, the secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia.

Axar.az reports that Toivo Klaar mentioned this on Twitter.

"In Brussels, we had good and substantial discussions with Hikmat Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan regarding Azerbaijan-Armenia relations and the EU's participation in the process," the post says.
