Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC has announced the maximum cost of air tickets offered on the Moscow-Baku route due to the increase in demand for flights from Russia to Azerbaijan, as well as questions about the cost of air tickets.

Axar.az reports with reference to the airline that the maximum price of tickets is 409 euros for economy class, 769 euros for business class, and 869 euros for "VIP Club" tariff.

"Besides AZAL, Russian Aeroflot, Rossiya, Utair, Azimuth and other airlines also operate flights from Russia to Azerbaijan. Each airline formulates its price policy independently.

Air ticket prices directly depend on the demand for the flight, remaining seats on the plane, date of purchase, flight season and a number of other criteria," AZAL said.
