Azerbaijani Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva met with the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Despina Chatzivasiliu, within the framework of her visit to Strasbourg, and touched on the importance of the Armenian side providing accurate mine maps to our country.

According to the information provided to by the Press Service of the Ombudsman's Office, the Ombudsman, speaking about the human rights violations suffered by our country during his speech, said that the immediate and complete demining of our currently liberated territories is of vital importance.

In this regard, S. Aliyeva touched upon the importance of the Armenian side presenting accurate mine maps to our country, and reminded that this issue was emphasized in a separate report addressed to international organizations on the subject.
