1 person was hit by a mine in Khojavand

One person was injured as a result of a mine explosion in Khojavand.

Axar.az reports that according to the press service of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), an anti-personnel mine exploded in the unmined area of the liberated village of Tagavard of Khojavand region on October 2, 2022.

Rasim Karimzade, a resident of Sabirabad district, born in 2002, was injured in the incident.

ANAMA is investigating the incident, the public will be provided with additional information about the results of the investigation.
