Foundation of a residential neighborhood was laid in Aghdam

On October 4, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for a residential neighborhood to be built in Aghdam city for former internally displaced persons.

Axar.az reports that President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the event.

The special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Huseynov informed the head of state and the first lady about the neighborhood in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region).
