Foundation of Khidirli, Kangarli and Saricali villages was laid

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of Khidirli, Saricali, Kangarli village of Aghdam region on October 4.

Axar.az reports that the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Emin Huseynov, informed the head of state and the first lady about the work to be done in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region).

Then a video about the construction and development plan of the village was shown.
