Klaar wrote about his trip to Baku: Problems remain!

I will say a few thoughts about the results of the visit to Azerbaijan at the end of last week: Many problems remain unsolved. In order to reduce tension and achieve a comprehensive settlement, restraint and strong political will are required from Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Axar.az reports that Toivo Klaar, the EU's special representative for the South Caucasus, said this while referring to his last visit to Baku last week.

He noted that the President of Azerbaijan attaches importance to the format supported by the EU.
